Can I really just walk in anytime or do I need an appointment?
You're welcome to come by anytime during our normal business hours (Monday-Saturday: 12PM-6PM) without prior notice. Due to COVID-19, you must fill out our online check in before arriving. Our location is:

How long will I have to be at your shop when I come by?
It typically takes about 5-15 minutes to complete the check in and diagnostics process. If you'd like to save time, you're welcome to fill out our online check in form in advance.
I'm not able to make it into your shop, are there any other options?
You're welcome to schedule a pickup or have us come to you. You can set that up here!
How long will the repair take?
Computer repairs generally take about 3-5 business days (5-7 business days if parts need to be ordered).
If the computer is needed sooner, we are often able to expedite the repair process to as quickly as 1-5 hours.
iPhone repairs generally take about 30-60 minutes from the check in time.
How much will the repair cost?
Most repairs range from $80-$200. However, they can be significantly lower or higher depending on the parts and labor required. If you'd like an exact quote, you're welcome to bring the device by for a free diagnosis. You can also view our prices here.
Do you offer a student discount?
We offer students higher priority in our queue. This results in a turn around time of 1-2 days rather than 3-5 days. Make sure to bring your ID for verification!
Can I buy parts from you?
At this time we do not sell parts separately from the repair process.
Is there parking available?
We are located in an area with limited parking but there are usually a few spots available.
I can't find your store front, could you give me some directions?
We're located directly across from the Ambra Restaurant and two doors south of Famous Deli.
Do you offer a bulk repair discount?
If you are a business with 5 or more computers, we offer 10%-30% off of the labor cost.
I'd like to schedule my appointment during a time not listed in the "time slots"...what should I do?
We may be able to create you a new time slot that works within your schedule. Please contact us for more information.
Who needs to be present during the appointment?
The person who contacted Wise Guy must be present during the appointment unless authorization is provided. Someone 18 years or older must be present at all times.
How far in advance do I need to schedule an appointment?
There is no limit to when appointments can be scheduled. However, for most appointments we recommend scheduling at least three days in advance.
How long is the typical appointment?
It depends on what service is being completed. Most repairs last from thirty minutes to an hour and a half.
What if the technician does not finish the work by the end of the appointment?
Another appointment will be scheduled at your convenience.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
There are no charges for missed appointments but please be courteous and let us know as soon as possible.
I am outside of the service area, can you make an exception?
We will consider an exception if you are within a mile of our service area, but it is not guaranteed. Please contact us for more information.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and credit/debit cards. Checks, money orders, or other payment methods are not accepted.
When do I pay?
We require payment for any parts we do not stock before your repair. All labor charges are to be paid after the repair is completed.
